Estimated Delivery Time

  • Order Processing (1–3 Business Days): Once your order is placed, we typically need 1–3 business days to process it. During weekdays, it’s often just 1 day. If you place an order on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a bit longer to process.
  • Transit Time (8–12 Business Days): After your order is processed and dispatched, delivery generally takes 8–12 business days.

Placing an Order

  1. Select Your Product: Visit the product page and click “Add to cart.”
  2. Check Your Variants: If there are different colours or sizes, make sure you’ve selected the correct options.
  3. Proceed to Checkout: Review your cart and click “Proceed to checkout.”
  4. Enter Your Address: On the information page, provide your correct address details. Double-check for accuracy, then click “Continue shipping.”
  5. Review Shipping Details: You’ll see your address info again on the dispatch page. We ship all orders at no extra cost—shipping is always free from Montreal Mode. Click “Proceed to payment.”
  6. Secure Payment Options: Choose from several payment methods, all protected by SSL encryption:

    • Credit Cards (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)
    • PayPal
    • EPS
    • SOFORT
